Ananda means “joy” in Sanskrit and joyful is exactly how we want you to feel here at Ananda Yoga + Wellness. It is important to us that you feel welcome, accepted, and safe to be yourself to explore yoga, wellness, workshops and various mind-body practices at whatever level or extent you desire.
