Mastering Your Darkness

Join this peaceful practice of Pratyahara, or withdrawal of the senses. We’ll remove one of our biggest sensory inputs, our vision, and move blindfolded, accessing our vision through our third eye. We will go deeper and tune into our bodies, heightening our spacial awareness. Our physical practice will feel free, natural and organic.

Through 3rd eye chakra asana and meditation, we will access our intuitive selves. Mentally peeling back the layers, we will get to the core, our essence. We are the light and the dark, the good and the ‘bad’. We will allow ourselves to feel and get comfortable with all parts of ourselves and access the freedom that comes with being our full selves! From this space we move breathe and feel our essence and our light expand!

This is a very empowering practice that promotes trust, courage, personal growth and acceptance. (Some yoga experience recommended, as we will be blindfolded, but this is an all levels asana practice.)
