Resolve to Evolve: Yoga for the New Year

New Year’s Day is a great time to reflect on the past year with gratitude for our blessings and for releasing those things that no longer serve us, creating space to begin the new year with an intention and cultivate what we would like to bring into our lives in the coming months.

Join Karen as she offers both an all-levels yoga flow class to help build tapas (fiery discipline), unbind and let go of what no longer serves us, and contemplative practices to consider how to meet the future with ease, relaxation and joy through guided meditation and restorative yoga.
