Join us the day after Thanksgiving for an all-levels class that will help us recover physically after the feast and keep the gratitude flowing in our minds and hearts.
We will begin with dynamic movement and pranayama (breathing exercises) to ignite our internal fire, then incorporate twists and forward folds to support our bodies in cleansing and digestion. Finally we will wind down with a relaxing restorative and yin sequence that will continue to gently aid digestion but also allow our minds to quiet and our hearts to fill with gratitude.
