Come out to this healing workshop and learn the 3 R’s: Relax, Reconnect and Recommit! Find your inner self that you may have lost while your everyday needs and duties have consumed your life. Find that peaceful state of mind.
Develop an achievable daily mind and body practice.
We will learn and practice breathing techniques, therapeutic yoga flows, meditation, whole body balancing and positivity techniques. We will also incorporate basic essential oils for coping and managing life’s stressors. Through practice we will learn to place ourselves first, pause and focus on our own care and well being—to learn to be the best we can be.
