A spring cleanse is like a breath of fresh air after a long cold winter. Whether we’ve kept our bodies moving or hibernated with the bears, our bodies will hold on to a little extra to stay warm during the winter months. During this three day cleanse we will eat plant-based, Ayurveda friendly foods to help jump start our systems and cleanse the winter excess. Food plan and recipes provided by Lisa Braak, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. You will also have the opportunity to take yoga classes throughout the cleanse at the studio.

Sunday, March 18th, 9:00–11:00 am: Detox Yoga Flow & Intro Gathering
We will kickstart our cleanse with yoga specifically designed to assist in building heat and detoxing, followed by an informational gathering to receive all information and recipes. We will also have a chance to ask questions and meet others who are doing the cleanse.
Other yoga classes included will be gentle to assist in cleansing by being kind and easy on our bodies:
Monday, March 19th, 7:30–8:45 pm: Candlelight Yin
Tuesday, March 20th, 7:30–8:45 pm: Mixed Levels Flow
Wednesday, March 21st, 7:30–8:45 pm: Candlelight Slow Flow
We will meet after each class to discuss our experiences, ask questions and most importantly, support each other.
