This 90-minute yoga class features music, scents, and décor from the decade of turning on, tuning in, and dropping out. Traditional yoga poses will incorporate the popular ‘60s peace sign for an added touch of fun. Perfect for both young and old, the sequencing will be tailored more for an older or beginner yoga class, however can be adjusted to accommodate abilities of the class. As a bonus, a free optional takeaway will be given to attendees. Décor, music, takeaway, and essential oils will be provided by the yoga instructor. Minimum three (3) students required.
Scent: Lavender. There’s nothing better for the time period of flower power than the soothing and calming smell of lavender.
Décor: From flowers to peace signs, the décor will include the quintessential ‘60’s symbols of the decade. Décor includes a 37″ around by 25″ high bus prop, flower and peace sign cutouts.

$20 Each attendee will be offered a living flower to take with them after class.
