This 90-minute yoga class features music, scents, and décor from the decade where pastel colors competed with neon lights for attention. Traditional yoga poses will incorporate rock music moves for an added touch of fun. Perfect for both young and old, the sequencing will be tailored more for a mixed level class, however can be adjusted to accommodate abilities of the class. As a bonus, a free optional takeaway will be given to attendees. Décor, music, takeaway, and essential oils will be provided by the yoga instructor. Minimum three (3) students required.
Cedarwood. The smell of musk permeated throughout most of the ’80s. Well, that and Aqua Net. But earthy smell of Cedarwood seemed to be the better choice.
Tubular décor for the ’80’s yoga event features cutouts of cassette tapes, neon sunglasses, and more, and is highlighted by a 6″ x 5 1/4″ x 12 1/2″ cardboard arcade game cabinet.
Song selections will feature some of the most popular hair metal and new wave songs from the ’80s and may include:

- Duran Duran
- The Bangles
- Def Leppard
- White Snake
- The Police
- Bon Jovi
- And more!
Each attendee will be offered fashionable jelly bracelets to take with them after class.
