Young Yogis ages 8 – 12 (4 week series)

Sundays, February 10 – March 3, 2019 • 1:00pm – 2:00pm

Our Kids Yoga classes offer complete age-appropriate yoga practices including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching, and strengthening poses. This is a fun, engaging class series that uses music, flowing sequences, balancing poses, relaxation techniques, partner poses and cooperative yoga games to gain all the physical and mental benefits of yoga and mindfulness.

  • Feb. 10th: Week One: All We Need is Love
  • Feb. 17th: Week Two: Kindness Matters
  • Feb. 24th: Week Three: Everyday Mindfulness
  • Mar. 3rd: Week Four: Giving and Receiving

Instructor

Sue Lewbart is a 200 hour RYT. She also holds children’s yoga teacher certifications from Next Generation Yoga, and Kidding Around Yoga.

Space is limited, so sign up early. Preregistration is Required.

$45 for 4 week series
$13 for single class
