Perfect for both young and old, the sequencing will be tailored more for a mixed level class, however can be adjusted to accommodate abilities of the class. As a bonus, a free optional takeaway will be given to attendees. Décor, music, takeaway, and essential oils will be provided by the yoga instructor.
Patchouli. A little bit rock, a little bit hippie, the ’90s saw a mix of the best of most decades. While it won’t smell like Teen Spirit, Patchouli essential oil will highlight the smell of the ’90s, making attendees feel they’re one pose away from a game of hacky sack.
Not since the ’60s had music played such an integral part for one generation. Music posters, flannel, and even a pair of combat boots will be used as décor.

- Pearl Jam
- Dave Matthews
- Blind Melon
- And more!
Each attendee will be offered a snap bracelet to take with them after class.
