Our Kids Yoga classes offer complete age-appropriate yoga practices including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching, and strengthening poses. This is a fun, engaging class series that uses music, flowing sequences, balancing poses, relaxation techniques, partner poses and cooperative yoga games to gain all the physical and mental benefits of yoga and mindfulness.
- Feb. 10th: Week One: All We Need is Love
- Feb. 17th: Week Two: Kindness Matters
- Feb. 24th: Week Three: Everyday Mindfulness
- Mar. 3rd: Week Four: Giving and Receiving
Sue Lewbart is a 200 hour RYT. She also holds children’s yoga teacher certifications from Next Generation Yoga, and Kidding Around Yoga.
