Join us for 75 minutes of fun, fusing the worlds of Yoga and Zumba with Sue Lewbart and Deb Conners. In this class we begin with a warm up using yoga postures and breathing techniques. Then break a sweat as you move into easy to follow, medium intensity Zumba choreography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. Finally we will slow it back down with stretching, and end with a traditional savasana. You will be encouraged to “go with your own flow”, so this class is suitable for all levels.
