Yet in the end, it is the direct, naked encounter with our own Awareness that shifts our understanding of who we are and gives us the power to stand firmly in the center of our being. No one else can make this happen for us. Meditation does.”
This 30 minute guided meditation class will cost you nothing but time and allow you to gain everything you desire. We will be seated in a safe, welcoming environment, using a variety of meditation techniques. You will be guided to breathe, focus on various objects, stories, visuals & sounds all with the intention to sit inside yourself for a moment of Awareness. Props provided, participants are invited to bring journals as it may be helpful to write down anything that comes up during the meditations. Please arrive promptly.
