Reflect, Renew, & Restore: Restorative Yoga, Nidra, and Intention Setting for the New Year

During a deeply relaxing and meditative restorative experience, you will take the opportunity to reflect back on the past year and envision the new year. You will ask yourself what you would like to achieve, change, or cultivate throughout the year. As you spend time in stillness, you will listen, release negative thoughts and preconceived notions, and open to your true self to discover what your heartfelt desires are and why. You will end with a traditional yoga nidra, a guided deep relaxation with awareness, in which you will use what you have discovered to create your own sankalpa (heartfelt intention). This sankalpa will become a statement that you can call upon to remind yourself of your true nature and guide your choices throughout the new year.
