Yoga Alliance Approved Coming September 2024!

Program Description

If you have already completed a 200-hour Yoga training, this program is your next step to advancing your practice and your teachings.  With a strong focus on Yoga Therapeutics, Self-study (svadhaya) and Loving Kindness (metta), our 300 hour program builds on the foundational knowledge of your 200 hour training, providing a clear path to the enhanced understanding, knowledge and the skills necessary to elevate your teaching and further enrich your students.  We offer a smaller, intimate setting, with each student receiving generous amounts of attention from their teacher.

Students in this program will explore the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of being human through the advance practices of meditation, mudra, mantra, spiritual development, pranayama, asana and relaxation, awakening your intuition and gaining confidence working one-on-one with your students.
